We have 24/7 surveillance, including a fully integrated alarm system and 360-degree bubble cameras to ensure the security of your vehicle. Our facility also features an on-site dump station, water hookup, and 20-amp electrical outlets to trickle charge your batteries.
Maintenance Services
In addition to providing a secure storage facility, we also offer a range of maintenance services to keep your vehicle in top condition. Our skilled mechanics can perform a full service, including oil changes, tire pressure checks, and fluid flushes. We also offer a variety of other services, from greasing and inspecting U-joints to checking and maintaining batteries.
Storage Options
We offer three types of storage options to suit your needs: indoor storage, covered storage, and outdoor storage. Our indoor storage option provides a fully enclosed garage with a maintained temperature of 40°F in the winter months to ensure your vehicle stays safe and winterized. Our covered storage option provides protection from the elements, while our outdoor storage option is ideal for short-term storage.
On-Site Services
At Malcolm Properties, we pride ourselves on providing a convenient and hassle-free experience for our customers. That's why we offer a range of on-site services, including dump station facilities, water hookups, and 20-amp electrical outlets. We also offer transportation services to and from the facility, as well as a shuttle service to and from your vehicle.
