Over the years, we have expanded to offer more than 230 standard units, 61 climate-controlled units, and a limited amount of outside boat and RV storage. All of our clean and well-maintained tan and green self-storage units are easily accessible, affordable, and suitable for either commercial or residential use. Some of our units are even provided with tractor-trailer access.

Each of our units is complete with a spring-loaded roll-up door and concrete flooring. Our climate-controlled storage units provide great storage for items such as books, furniture, business papers, or anything that might be affected by extreme temperature or humidity changes. These units also offer extra security with locking exterior doors.

Exit 42 Self Storage is conveniently located at 139 Houston Road in Troutman, just west of I-77 off Exit 42. Unit access is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our computerized automated gate with your chosen access code. Just drive up on our paved lot and unload. You use your lock and your key.
