What is the long-term storage discount?
We offer a 5% discount for tenants pre-paying rent 6 months in advance. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.
When is storage rent due?
Monthly rent is due by the 5th of each month. Late fees apply after this date. First and last months' rent can be prorated with 2-week notice.
Can payments be automated?
Yes, we accept automated monthly payments via credit/debit card or ACH transfer. You can start or stop automated payments with 1-day notice.
How does the free truck rental work?
New tenants renting units over $100 receive a free 1-day truck rental (50 miles included). Fuel costs apply, and damage/extra mileage incurs additional charges.
What are office hours?
Our office operates Monday-Friday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. Unit access available daily 6:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
