Our Story

Our founder, Josh Finklea, started in the moving industry at the young age of 15 years old after moving to Florida and needing a summer job. He continued to work summers and holidays throughout high school and college, learning more about the trade each year. Josh and his brother Terry started Golden Movers, LLC in 2001 with just the two of them and a small trailer. Today, we have 18 employees and operate 8 different units, traveling across the entire continental 48 states.
