Many reviewers praise the friendly and helpful staff, specifically mentioning Ruth, Alex, and the other ladies who assisted them. The facility's cleanliness, modern units, and secure storage are also frequently cited as positives.
Issues with Staff Security
However, one reviewer had a negative experience with the staff. Cindy McCoy gave a 1-star rating and reported that the staff gave out her private information to a random person, which resulted in a fraudulent demand for money. When she reported the issue to the office, they ended her lease with just seven days' notice.
