• 45 sq. ft. - ideal for a few boxes and small items
• 510 sq. ft. - perfect for items from a small studio apartment or one room of a house or apartment
• 610 sq. ft. - slightly larger than the previous option
• 711 sq. ft. - a bit more space than the previous options
• 1010 sq. ft. (Indoor unit) - about the size of a small bedroom, ideal for storing the contents of a one-bedroom apartment or house
• 1010 sq. ft. (Outdoor unit) - same as above, but with outdoor access
• 1015 sq. ft. - about the size of a large bedroom, can store contents of a 3-bedroom apartment or house
• 1020 sq. ft. - about the size of a one-car garage, can store contents of a 3 or 4-bedroom apartment or house

All our storage units are ground floor, easy access, and come with 24-hour video surveillance for your peace of mind. We also offer gated access to ensure that your belongings are safe and secure.

Convenience and Accessibility

We understand that life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer month-to-month storage options. Whether you need storage for a short or long term, we're here to help. Our storage facility is conveniently located on East Cotati Avenue, making it easily accessible for residents of Cotati, Rohnert Park, Penngrove, Santa Rosa, Petaluma, and Sebastopol. However, we welcome customers from all areas in the North Bay.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and we're closed on weekends. Tenant access hours are Monday through Saturday from 8 AM to 6 PM, and Sunday from 8 AM to 5 PM. We're closed on major holidays such as Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.
