Security and Maintenance Concerns
Many reviewers have expressed concerns about the security and maintenance of the storage units. Annette Marie's review mentions that their unit has been broken into twice, with things stolen, and claims that the police say that all storage places in the area have had problems. Sydney Dismang's review is more graphic, stating that their unit was infested with pests, including stink bugs, spiders, roaches, and mice droppings, due to a lack of maintenance. Another reviewer, Tessa Mills, had trouble paying for her unit and was locked out, causing her to have to spend the night in a hotel.

However, many reviewers have had positive experiences with Union Storage. Unprofessional Behavior
A few reviewers, however, had negative experiences with Tim, the owner. Sydney Dismang claims that Tim deleted their review because he knew he was in the wrong, and another reviewer, Tessa Mills, had trouble paying for her unit and was locked out. Angelica Steffen and Anna A. also had issues with Tim, citing his unprofessional behavior and disrespect.
