I had gotten scammed by a moving company and didn’t realize it until 5 days before the truck was going to arrive, I called Piepho and that afternoon they came to assess what size truck I would need. They were honest, prompt, reliable, very fair on pricing, and saved me from a horrible situation. They are the absolute best! 10 stars!!!

I moved out of state and I hired Piepho Moving and Storage. I had done some of the packing, but left the majority to Piepho. They did a wonderful job with packing and with moving the furniture in to the new place and helping with unpacking. They are worth every one of the five stars that I gave them. They did a terrific job. Also I was treated like a friend not a customer. I definitely will use Piepho when ever I move again.

Piepho Moving was awesome! From the initial appointment to picking up boxes after our move, they were friendly, professional and helpful! Fran was very helpful and prompt in providing the bid which was done in person. The movers were professional and courteous! The attention to detail was outstanding! They even made sure we had room to recline from both the couch and love seat before they left. They were very careful with our furniture. I received a phone call the day before the move to see if I had any questions and another phone call after the move to see if everything went well!

Piepho Moving helped me move from Minnesota to Florida. They were absolutely wonderful from beginning to end! I was nervous, I have never moved all my stuff before, but each interaction with employees helped keep me at ease. Fran, gave me my quote, which was spot on! He answered all my questions and emails in a timely manner and was very kind. Matt and Brad helped load my furniture, they walked me through the process, what they were labeling, and what would happen once they took it to the warehouse. They were professional, personable, and handled all my items with care. Lynn sent me my invoice and was wonderful, she emailed me an update each time my furniture went to a new location, told me when it would get delivered, and even called to check in while the local Florida company for Allied was unloading my items to my new apartment. Everything got here in one piece, was well packaged, and there were no damaged items. These people are wonderful, don't hesitate to choose them!

We just moved across the country from Colorado Springs to Virginia and our driver, Chris Roth, was phenomenal. He communicated throughout the entire process and was easy to contact and very responsive to any questions we had. He was responsible for hiring the local moving crews at both start and destination and they were awesome as well. One of the crew leaders even pulled me aside to tell me I was so lucky and got the best driver there is. You know it speaks volumes about the quality of someone's service and professionalism when someone who works in the industry goes out of their way to tell you that.

A++ customer service! Chris Roth was our driver/move coordinator from NJ to WI. Can't say enough positive things about our experience with him. He and his teams on both ends were phenomenal. Our move was layered with several things that caused us a lot of stress, and Chris went above and beyond to help and accommodate. We did a recent home move with Piepho Moving & Storage. We have never had a move go smoother. From Fran in sales and Angie in customer service, to the actual movers, Logan, Alan, Derek and Eric, service was excellent. The entire move went well. Everyone made us feel cared for and our property valued. The move itself took three hours less than expected. Nothing was lost or broken. It was the first time that movers correctly put together an antique rolltop desk. A big shout out to Eric for getting the desk together. They all worked hard and took the time to make sure everything was placed exactly as we wanted it. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them.

Piepho Moving and Storage did a wonderful job with our entire move. The pre-move estimate was thorough and transparent. The movers arrived on time and were professional and polite. They packed all items in an organized, safe, and efficient manner. Communication throughout the process was outstanding. Items and furniture arrived undamaged. The overall cost was a bit expensive but worth the money. I don’t leave reviews often, and I have had prior bad experiences with movers. But these movers are great and would use them again if I have to move again.
