Why is there a $50 deposit?
The $50 deposit secures your move date and time. It is fully refundable if canceled 48 hours in advance and applied to your final bill.
Do you offer damage coverage?
Yes, our Full Service package includes 100% damage coverage for belongings and homes. Regular Service excludes this as we can only guarantee safety if we handle packing.
Are there minimum charges?
Most home moves have a $450 minimum, but we waive this for small jobs like same-building transport or furniture assembly.
What training do your movers receive?
New movers train for 3 months and attend monthly sessions on packing trends. Drivers are drug-tested with DOT certifications.
