Do you charge extra for moving pianos?
No extra charge for standard piano moving. Baby grands may require specialized equipment and advance notice for proper preparation.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2 weeks ahead, especially for weekends or end-of-month moves. Last-minute availability varies by season and location.
Can I leave clothes in drawers?
Yes, clothing remains in drawers. Please remove small items like remotes and valuables before moving.
Do you move gun safes?
Yes, we safely transport safes up to 1,100 lbs using hydraulic dollies. Stair access and clearance requirements apply.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, cashier's checks, credit cards (with 3.5% fee), Zelle, and Venmo for payment.
What items do you not move?
We cannot transport hazardous materials, live animals, partially filled aquariums, or prohibited weapons per insurance policies.
