Another reviewer mentioned that a police officer told them that this place gets hit a lot, implying that it's a frequent target for theft. The locking system on individual units was also criticized for being flimsy and easily removable.

One reviewer reported that the owner was unhelpful when they complained about their storage unit being broken into, and instead of offering any assistance, asked if they were sure lightning didn't hit the roof, which had caved in in two spots.
