Our History

In 1980, two families in the real estate business recognized a need for a reliable and affordable self-storage service in the community. Since then, we've grown into a business with over 70 employees, almost 20 locations, and all anchored on Staten Island through our corporate offices located in Willowbrook. Our journey has been marked by milestones such as opening 5 storage facilities in 1990, expanding to 13 facilities in 2000, and reaching 19 facilities in 2010.
