Positive: Despite the few negative experiences, the majority of customers had positive comments about the business's customer service and facilities.

Negative: However, there were concerns about unclear policies and damaged property, which led to negative experiences for two customers.

Poor Customer Experience

Christopher and Stephanie Hughes both had a negative experience with the business. Christopher mentioned that the phone operator didn't explain the rent policy clearly, and the staff would later charge him for a returned lock. Stephanie's belongings were damaged by rodents and mice, and when she tried to retrieve them, the staff tried to charge her a cleaning fee instead of taking responsibility for the damage.

Excellent Customer Service

On the other hand, several customers praised the excellent customer service they received. Sam Gonzales had an excellent experience with a representative named Trevor, who answered all his questions politely and efficiently. Trevor Anderson and Marie Smith also appreciated the friendly staff and good customer service. Jay Gangwal mentioned a friendly manager and low prices, while Antonio Henry praised the attentive staff and recommended Ms. Duffie.
