*Alayna Thomas, General Manager: Alayna is a freshman from Boston, Massachusetts, majoring in International Agriculture and Rural Development with a concentration in economics. She is passionate about social enterprise in the context of African development and is eager to make a meaningful impact starting with her role at Big Red. As general manager, Alayna aims to provide exceptional customer service and promote brand visibility amongst the undergraduate Cornell community.

*Drew Serven, General Manager: Drew is a junior from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, studying Economics and minoring in Environmental, Energy, and Resource Economics in the College of Arts and Sciences. As General Manager, Drew is excited to work with the Big Red team to create an outstanding customer experience by streamlining the company's processes and providing exceptional service.

*Sebastian Pardo, Director of Warehouse Operations: Sebastian is a sophomore from McLean, Virginia, studying Mechanical Engineering with an interest in engineering management. As the Systems Efficiency Manager, he is excited to help direct the organization, function, and timeliness of our shipping and warehouse operations.

*Lev Katreczko, Director of Human Resources: Lev Katreczko is a sophomore from Brooklyn, NY, studying Industrial and Labor Relations. He is passionate about the relationships between humans and technology in fields such as environmental sustainability and business. As an assistant manager, Lev is working to provide a conscientious customer service experience while developing Big Red's marketing presence on campus and online.

*Max Clouser, Director of Field Operations: Max is an experienced professional who oversees our field operations, ensuring that our team provides the best possible service to our customers.
