Cory has over 20 years in self storage leadership, joining Advantage in 2012. He oversees operations after managing Texas and Arizona markets at Optivest Properties. He holds a business degree from North Carolina State University and emphasizes innovative growth strategies.

Davis brings 25+ years of financial expertise, including roles as bank CEO and investment fund manager. At Advantage since 2012, he focuses on acquisitions and development. A CFA charterholder, he holds MBA and BBA degrees from Southern Methodist University and Texas A&M.
