Our History

Our journey began when Dick Gailfus, after working in the trailer industry for 15 years, decided to start his own business. He began buying and selling used semi-trailers from a small office in St. Paul. As his reputation and business grew, he moved the company to Rogers, acquired a team of skilled drivers, and expanded the business into a full-service storage-trailer rental company.

In 1999, Dan Gailfus joined the company and focused on enhancing the service aspect of the business while Dick continued to buy and sell trailers and share his extensive experience in the industry. In 2018, Dick retired, and Dan took over the company, ensuring that Gailfus Trailer remains a family-owned and family-run business.
