Our parking spaces can accommodate boats, RVs, and other vehicles, and our storage units come in a variety of sizes that are ideal for any self-storage requirement. Each unit is drive-up accessible, making it effortless to load and unload your belongings. With extra-wide driveways, you'll have plenty of room to maneuver.

Our storage units are suitable for storing business items, furniture, clothing, and other items for both short and long-term periods. We lease on a month-to-month basis and offer the convenience of making your payments online using a debit or credit card.

Security and Convenience

We understand that the security of your belongings is of the utmost importance, and that's why our state-of-the-art facility is under 24-hour video surveillance, well-lit, fenced and gated with personal keypad entry. Each unit is also individually alarmed and locked down with padlocks for additional security. Our security system is designed to provide you with peace of mind so that you can focus on your daily activities.

Our facility is conveniently located near Highway 99, close to GR8 Auto, The Car Barn, Vick's Auto Sales, and just 3.7 miles from Rio Linda Airport. We are only 2.2 miles from downtown Rio Linda via Elkhorn Road. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm, and we are always available to answer any questions or provide storage advice during business hours.
