Mixed Review
The storage facility, Best Storage, has been sufficient for the past 4-5 months. However, a recent experience left the reviewer uneasy. One evening, shortly after dark, the reviewer entered the facility to retrieve something from a stored vehicle. As they were unloading their property, they noticed a man walking towards them, with his head low and hands in his pockets, not communicating with them until they called out to him. It wasn't until he was just a few feet away that he identified himself as security. The reviewer felt startled and uneasy by this encounter.
Concerns
The reviewer was concerned by the anonymity of the security guard, especially in a dark environment, and the lack of communication until they specifically asked him to identify himself. This was unprecedented in their experience at the facility, and they found it disturbing.
