EZ Stor is a locally owned and operated self-storage facility that has been serving the Watertown, SD community for over 40 years. Our business is built on the foundation of providing exceptional customer service, and we take pride in offering a wide variety of self-storage rental units, portable containers, contractor shops, and soon-to-be townhomes and properties for rent. With over 1000 units, we provide just about any size you may need, including parking for campers, boats, and a dozen contractor's shops.

Self-Storage Units

EZ Stor has six locations with a total of over 700 units with 24/7 access. Our unit sizes range from 5x5 to 11x40, and we offer a wide variety of options, including some with electricity. Our lake location, situated on the southeast side of Lake Kampeska, features a wide variety of sizes with electricity available, and our highway 212 location is conveniently located in the heart of Watertown, on the corner of 212 and 81. Our highway 20 location has a spacious parking lot that makes loading and unloading fast and easy. Our 4th Avenue location is nestled at the southeast side of the industrial park on the west side of town and offers a wide variety of sizes. Our 11th Street location is in the heart of Watertown just south of the high school, and our Arrow location is in the heart of Watertown on the southwest of the high school. Portable Storage Containers

EZ Stor offers 2 size options for portable storage containers, 8x20 and 8x40. The 20' containers are perfect for moving your stuff from site to site, while the 40' container is on a month-to-month contract and is suitable for onsite storage. We also have 20' Offices that are wired for electricity and contain both heat and air conditioning, ideal for the job site. All containers are safe, secure, air-tight, and rodent-proof. EZ Stor can store your container during your transition while still allowing accessibility at our secure location.
