Facility Details

Our facility is located at 844 Tehama St, Orland, CA 95963. We have an on-site resident manager, security lighting, video surveillance cameras, and an electronic entry gate. The entire facility is fenced and paved, and all of the individual storage units are on ground level.

Our office hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, and we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. The gate hours are from 7:00am to 7:00pm every day.

We offer a variety of unit sizes to cater to your storage needs. Our unit sizes include small, medium, large, and parking units.

Our small units are great for storing items you would typically store inside of a small hallway or walk-in closet, and they are priced at $75.00/month. Our medium units are suitable for storing items you would typically fit inside of a 1-2 bedroom living space, and they are priced at $95.00/month. Our large units are great for storing anything you would typically fit inside of a single car garage, and they are priced at $105.00/month.
