All units also have bathroom access, which can be shared or private depending on your occupancy. With 800 amps of total onsite power, you'll have everything you need to operate your business efficiently. Our units are approximately 14' x 48', offering a total of 672 square feet with 15' ceilings. For added flexibility, you can combine multiple units into a single, larger space. And, with our flat rate rentals, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your expenses are covered, including heat, electric, water, taxes, and snow plow services. With many sizes to choose from, you'll find the perfect solution for your cold storage needs. Our mini storage units have bright LED lights surrounding the entire unit, ensuring high security.
