Disappointing Experiences
Some reviewers experienced significant issues with A-1 Freeman Moving & Storage, including errors with shipments, lack of communication, and unprofessional behavior from some staff members. William Roedl had multiple issues with his move, including over 30 boxes being shipped incorrectly, and was even put in a difficult situation due to firearms being shipped to a prohibited country. S. Anne Cardosi's son was injured while working for the company and was later fired without concern for his health or safety. Another reviewer, Joe Chung, had many items missing from his delivery, and was also frustrated with the lack of response from the company.

Joe Chung was missing an entire box from his delivery and was frustrated with the lack of response from the company.
