Initial Issues
The first review is from Britney Dsi, who gives Rocket Storage a rating of 1 star. She claims that the company has a lot of fake reviews and that their average rating on Yelp is 2 stars. Britney had a terrible experience with the company's customer service, citing unprofessional representatives, delayed responses, and a lack of concern for her concerns. She booked a unit over the phone but when she arrived, she discovered that the door did not have a locking mechanism. The company's representatives told her to put a padlock on the door to appear locked, which she found unacceptable. The situation was not resolved for several days, and she eventually had to fly a team member from Arizona to San Diego to move her belongings to a different storage facility.

They had been a customer for 3 years and were impressed with the condition of their belongings when they downsized and cleared out their unit.
