Our History
Pinnacle Realty and Development was founded in 1997 by Tom Fiskus, a pioneer in the self-storage industry. With a career spanning over 30 years, Tom has overseen the management of 19 facilities, brokered the sale of 17 facilities, and developed 5 projects. His vast experience and expertise have been instrumental in shaping the company into what it is today.
