Lockaway Mini Storage has been in business for over 35 years. We are a small family-owned business and pride ourselves on our friendly customer service. Because we are family-owned, we can keep our costs and prices low. We are serious when we say we have the lowest prices in the Red Bluff/Redding area. Our caretaker for the property lives on-site, ensuring your security and peace of mind. Our facility is fenced, lighted, gated, and has 24 Hour video security, providing an additional layer of protection for your belongings.

Our Services

We offer two sizes of units, 10x14 and 10x24, designed to accommodate your storage needs. A 10x14 unit will hold all the furniture for a typical 2-3 bedroom apartment, and our 10x24 unit will store all the furniture and appliances for a typical 3-4 bedroom house. We also have a paved and separately fenced area to store RVs and boats. The monthly storage fee for RVs and boats is $55/month. Insurance is recommended but not required. We strive to provide a hassle-free experience with no lease or security deposit required, and no admin or hidden fees. Your rate is guaranteed for two years, ensuring you won't face unexpected increases.
